BestofDenmark will do its best to fulfil the order you placed. If the item you ordered became out of stock or unavailable for any reason, you will be asked whether you would prefer a refund, an exchange or a voucher.  If there was any such problem with your order, you will be notified by e-mail soon after placing your order. For indication, we would aim to come back to you within 1-3 business days.


All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is concluded will be honoured and you will be charged accordingly. 

We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the site whether or not that product has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Prices and more

All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and include Danish VAT. The total price you pay us for products, is always the same, regardless of whether or not VAT is chargeable on the sale. Where you’ve requested delivery to a EU address, the price paid for the product and the delivery service will usually include VAT, which will be shown on your VAT receipts.

Where you’re not a EU resident and you’ve ordered products for delivery to a non-EU address, both the products and the delivery service will normally be zero-rated, with no VAT chargeable. However, the price paid by you for the products and delivery services will remain the same as shown on the website. Please note that if you place an order for delivery outside the European Union, any additional duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Kindly be aware that we do not refund any customs, import duties or
taxes on returns or exchanges.

Payment for your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped from BestofDenmark. We will never charge an amount larger than what you have authorized at the time of purchase. We retain the right to refuse an order for whatever reason we may deem necessary.


We aim to process an order within two days of receipt. Note that your order will only be processed if your payment is successful. Successful payment means acceptance of your card by our payment partner Pensopay and receipt by BestofDenmark.


Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. We use only established couriers for shipping.

Shipping Times
& Duties

Best of Denmark is not responsible for costs associated with customs, duties, import charges, or any local fees that may be applied to a purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover all such charges.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping service provider and we are not responsible for items arriving after that time frame. We do all that we can on our side for your purchase to arrive as soon as possible. We believe that the shipping service providers do the same. Please note: If there is a statutory holiday during the time your order is shipped, there can be delays as the shipping service may be closed.

 Shipping & Delivery

The risk of loss for merchandise ordered on this website passes to the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

For an additional fee, Best of Denmark can provide Track & Trace shipping. After the order has been processed, a package tracking number will be provided via the confirmation e-mail when the order is shipped.

Please note, we will only accept claims for lost or stolen merchandise if the buyer has opted for Track & Trace shipping in connection with an order.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and/or missing items that do not have a tracking number. Similarly, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and/or missing items that are still in transit via
a courier service, or in the instance that the package has been delivered,  but does not have a signature upon
delivery (if applicable).

Our prices do not include local taxes and shipping charges unless otherwise specified.
